Straw with a hint of lime green.

NOSE

A very complex aromatic profile developed during the maturation on lees for this sparkling wine. Toasty notes, brioche and cheese rind savoury characters dominate but are beautifully supported by fresh citrus blossom and lemon meringue.

PALATE

A very layered wine that has developed some beautiful texture through the 10 years on lees whilst maintaining a vibrant fresh natural citrus acidity from an exceptional vintage. The acidity provides the backbone for this sparkling which is rounded out by a beautiful fine bead on the finish.
