COLOUR
A touch golden, slight yellow hue.

NOSE 
Orange blossom and apricot, honey and ripe pears with some complexing sweet spices and a hint of Turkish delight and rose water. 

PALATE 
The palate has a lovely flow and volume with yellow fleshy stone fruit flavours lingering in the mid-palate with a classical supple yet textural drive from the wild ferment and fruit phenolics. The flow of sweet spice to the palate is evident with a hint of orange peel, mandarin and apricot, creating an intriguing and complex wine.
