PALATE

A classic Cabernet Sauvignon palate showing flavours of blue fruits, blackcurrant, chocolate and cassis all balanced with lovely ripe tannins. A soft and generous fruit profile gives way to a lovely balanced, yet structured, palate - one of the great attributes of the 2025 Vintage. Showing great freshness and soft tannins on the palate, the gentle use of oak gives the wine added complexity and density.
