2024 Eredita Fiano - Eredita Club Exclusive

This single vineyard Fiano shows classic nashi pear, grapefruit and orange blossom aromas with a vibrant citrus acidity and a subtle, yet complex, textural element to the palate.

COLOUR

Bright, slight green hue.

NOSE

Vibrant and aromatic with purity of fruit at the forefront of this wine. Citrus blossom, honeydew and pears with some complexing sweet spices, a hint of Turkish delight and rose water.

PALATE

The palate has a lovely flow and volume with white fleshy stone fruit flavours lingering in the mid-palate with a classical supple, yet textural, drive. The flow of sweet spice to the palate is evident and a hint of orange peel creates an intriguing and complex wine. 

Enjoy beautifully with some lemon butter scallops and greens.
