NOSE

A classic Pinot Grigio with apple, pear and white nectarine primary fruit aromas. Subtle savoury and spice notes developed from the gentle lees stirring sit in the background to create a complex aromatic profile.

PALATE

This wine has a typical generous fruit profile and classic phenolic texture synonomous with the grape itself. The mid palate is driven by gnashi pear and apple flavours with a vibrant citrus like acidity running through it and backed by a red apple skin like texture. A complex and moreish wine leaving you wanting more. 

Pair with a delicious creamy seafood linguini.
