2023 Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon

COLOUR

Bright purple. 

NOSE

Rich, primary blue forest fruit combine with hints of blackcurrant and cassis primary fruit aromas.  Complexing floral notes from a beautiful vintage and a hint of classic bay leaf with cocoa and cedary spice from the subtle use of French oak. 

PALATE

A bright and lifted palate showing flavours of blue fruit, blackcurrant and cassis with a lovely concentration and ripe juicy tannins showcasing the cool elongated ripening period of vintage 2023. Freshness and acid vibrancy on the palate adds to the fruit intensity while the gentle use of oak gives the wine poise and added density but with a finesse that creates a layered and complex wine.
