A very lifted but classic Vermentino nose. Bath salts, floral notes, mineral, sea salt, nashi pear and white nectarine are the primary fruit aromas. Subtle savoury and spice notes from the clean stainless ferment sit in the background of the complex aromatic profile.
PALATE
The 2026 Ereditá Vermentino is fine, pure, mineral and long. The fruit profile is classic in its shape, displaying white floral notes, bath salts, white nectarine and mineral water. It's fine boned and pure. The mid palate is driven by nashi pear and elderflower flavours with a vibrant citrus-like acidity running through the length of the palate, backed by lovely saline and savoury mineral notes.
