COLOUR

Very pale light copper.

NOSE

Primary fruit aromas of nashi pear and lychees drive the aromatics of this wine, combined with perfumed floral rose water notes and sweet spices. It is a wine with lovely vibrancy and complexity.

PALATE

The 2023 Pinot Gris shows a lovely balance of soft acidity and mid-palate phenolic/textural structure. Tropical fruit flavours flow through the palate from the nose and provide a rich driving profile with lovely length.
