COLOUR
Vibrant dark purple.
NOSE
Vibrant, complex, and perfumed. Satsuma plum and mulberries with hints of spice. Pristine fruit aromas shine through, with complex floral notes from the use of whole berries during fermentation, creating a layered aromatic profile.
PALATE
A rich and vibrant palate, with cherry, blue fruits, and mulberry intermingling with sweet spice notes. The fruit flavour persists long through the palate with elegant, fine tannins. Violets and spice drive the palate to a dense, plush finish. The 2022 vintage showcased fantastic physiological and flavour ripeness in Margaret River Shiraz.
