The following terms and conditions apply to membership of the Credaro Platinum Membership in addition to those which are previously stated
13.1 To become a Credaro Platinum Member you must be over 18 and be an Australian resident.
14.1 As a Credaro Platinum Member, you will automatically receive four (4) 12 packs (12 bottles) per year, each consisting of the wines you have nominated and the member’s credit card will be debited for the associated costs. The member may also receive further discounts off any additional wine purchases from their Credaro Platinum Membership.
14.2 Credaro Family Estate may at its own discretion substitute alternative products or vintages of a similar value if a product is unavailable at the time of despatch.
14.3 All specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items are subject to their specific terms and conditions and are whilst stocks last unless otherwise indicated.
15.1 Despatch of the wines is due to occur approximately every three months, in February, May, August and November (may be subject to change).
15.2 Products will be delivered to the address provided at time of sign-up or check-out (as the case may be).
16.1 The member’s credit card will be debited for the wine and associated costs prior to despatch.
16.2 If for any reason the member’s credit card is unable to be debited for the cost of the wine then Credaro Family Estates staff will contact the member to advise that the order was unable to be processed.
17. Registration for an account/membership
17.2 Credaro Family Estate may require additional information to provide the service and reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate a member’s account at any time at its absolute discretion.
17.3 Membership can be cancelled or suspended after the second order has been processed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
17.4 The member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and or access code (“Password”) and they will be liable for any breach of privacy arising from unauthorised access to the site caused by or connected with the disclosure of the email address and/or password.
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: To sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; orFor a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
