Nose

Lovely brioche and finger lime pie chracters. Bready, mealy back-notes help push fruit to the fore.

Palate

Gentle mousse with layers of lemon tart and apples. The palate is complex and lively with brioche, honey and toasty undertones. Rich lees creaminess gives way to  a clean saline finish.
